Hi Everyone!
Kasia's Day 3 prompt is 'Do what you can, where you are, with what you have'. Look around you, focus on one thing that makes you smile. Express this on your page. I looked out at my precious garden. I also used a piece of corrugated card to make marks. Such a simple but effective junk tool.
I'm linking this page to Tracey's The Meaning Of theme at Art Journal Journey.
Thanks for visiting, keep safe!

Wonderful page, glorious colours. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous, Alison. I'm enjoying these prompts because I found out I was too late to join, and have been denied admission. Who knew there would be a time limit. Not me!
ReplyDeleteI can see how the garden would be a favorite spot for you. Yes, I like to use corrugated cardboard, too. Thanks for sharing this with us at Art Journal Journey using Tracey's theme, dear.
Alison, you may know that blue is NOT my fave color but this is gorgeous. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. The cardboard marks are amazing. Gold was a great color choice to really pop off the blue. You are certainly having some art fun in these different December days. Thanks for sharing again with us. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteWow, such a stunning page! The colour choice is amazing, the purple/blue, white, gold and black are beautiful together and your design looks so festive too 😁. Happy weekend! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteOh yes our gardens are extremely precious. Love your colour choice for Kasia's advent the dark outline and border really pulls everything together.. Great art marks. Thank you for sharing another beauty. Hugs Tracey xx
