52 Weeks Art Journal - Week 13 - How Do You Fill Your Cup

 Hello All.

This week's 52 Weeks Art Journal prompt from RaspberryBlueSky is 'How do you fill your cup?'. That's easy for me. It's getting outside for a good countryside hike, and taking my binoculars for some birdwatching.

We missed out on a great hiking holiday in Scotland last year, but we are fortunate to have some lovely countryside on our doorstep despite living on the outskirts of London. We have been taking early morning walks every day for the last 10 months, and it's definitely kept us both fit and sane.

I'm linking this page to the last day of Sheila's A Single Flower theme at Art Journal Journey.

366 Somethings - Week 41

Hi Everyone! Hope you're all keeping safe and well. We both got our flu vaccinations on Sunday. My arm is still sore, but I'm relieved to have got it sorted.

I have another week of collaged index cards to share with you today. Here they are...

I think the first and last ones are my favourites this week. What do you think? The text on the last one is from one of my favourite books, The Return Of The King. Don't worry, I have another copy ;-)

Thanks for dropping by,

366 Somethings 2020 - Week 20

Hello Everyone!

Here are my collaged index cards for week 20 of the 366 Somethings Challenge.

Did you spot the mice on number 134? It was a page from a German fairy tale book, that I did some dendritic monoprinting on. I really like the colours, and cut leaf shapes from it for number 136 too. Do you have a favourite this week?

Before I go, I'd like to share a couple of photos that my hubby took of a beautiful visitor to the bird feeder and bath. It's a great spotted woodpecker. He loves the fat balls.

Keep safe and well, and thanks for visiting.

366 Somethings Week Eleven

Hello Everyone! I'm back today with my collaged index cards for week 11 of the 366 Somethings Challenge.

Do you have any favourites this week? I think it's 71 & 72 for me, although I rather like 77, which includes a teabag and tea packaging.

Wishing you a happy and creative day,

Alison xox

366 Somethings - Collage Art - Week Five

Hello Everyone.

I'm a bit late in sharing my Week Five Collages for 366 Somethings. I've had a horrible sickness bug this week, that just wiped me out, but it seems to be on the way out thankfully.

Here are my collages...

And, if you wondered, I'm still using the original book page for my found text.

Hope you're all well, and have had a good week. I'll be around to visit some blogs today.
