And Finally ... Week 52!

 Hello All!

I have my final collaged index cards for 366 Somethings 2020 to show you today. I'm really going to miss doing these, but it's time for a rest.

Here are the final 9 cards...

I love my Christmas Day card, number 360, the words were so appropriate. Also 363 and 366 are favourites this week.

For now all of my cards are in two boxes. I can't decide what to do with them. Perhaps I'll put them all into a big scrapbook. It'll be interesting to look back at them, and to see how they progressed.

Thank you all for visiting and commenting on these ICADs, and on all of my posts this year. I've really appreciated your generous support dear friends.

Wishing you all a happy, creative, safe and healthy 2021!

366 Somethings - Week 51

Hello All. It's me again! I nearly forgot to show this week's somethings. So here are my collaged index cards for week 51 of 2020.

My favourite is 353 this week. The words fit so well with the image of Mary and Jesus on the postage stamp. Do you have a favourite?

Thanks for visiting me today,

Keep safe and well,

Kasia's Advent Calendar - Day 7, and some Somethings

Day 7's prompt is Create Your Comfort Zone. We were asked to make ourselves comfortable with lighting a candle, our favourite drink, and some soothing music, then spend 2 minutes writing down our thoughts, and then cover it with painting and stamping etc.

Here's another entry for Tracey's The Meaning Of theme at Art Journal Journey.

And now here are my collaged index cards for this past week (50/52)...

I think I'll go with 349 as my favourite this week. Do you have a favourite?

Thanks for visiting today,

Keep safe and well,

366 Somethings - Week 49

Hi Everyone! I hope you're all well, and not too stressed with Christmas preparations.

We met our daughter at a local park, for a brief walk at the weekend. She was up our way, meeting up with a couple of friends. She made the astute comment that I must be quite relieved to be having a quiet Christmas this year, as I usually get very stressed that everything has to be perfect for her and her brother's visit. She is quite right. We have bought fewer presents this year, will put up a few decorations, enjoy a nice meal, and get together with family and friends online. And we will be grateful for all the blessings we have.

Here are my week 49 collaged index cards.

You might guess that the little elves are part of an Advent calendar. It's a tea calendar with a lovely selection of herbal teas. I thought the brightly coloured teabag packets would be lovely to use on my Advent ICADS. And there's teabag papers on each one also, of course.

I think 340 is my favourite this week. What do you think?

Thank you so much for dropping by,

Alison xox

366 Somethings - Week 48

 Hi Everyone!

It's Tuesday, and I've finished another week of my daily collaged index cards for 366 Somethings.

I love the first and last ones, and those birds. Do you have any favourites?

I'm off to veg in front of Netflix's The Crown now. Have a great day/evening folks, and thanks again for visiting.

366 Somethings Week 46

It's Day 18 of Leah's Art Every Day Month challenge, and today I have my weekly index card collages to show you. It's week 46 of 366 Somethings, so Christmas must be getting awfully close!

I think 322 is my favourite this week, but the butterflies on 316 make it a close second. Do you have a favourite one?

Thanks very much for visiting and commenting, I really appreciate it.

Keep safe,
