My Christmas cards are all made and mostly sent. Here are some that I made this year.
I'm now doing a couple of Instagram Advent challenges, so I've decided not to finish my 365 Somethings challenge of mini collages. I managed to get to 315 and there just aren't enough hours in the day, days in the week to fit in everything I want to do.
Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm so grateful for all the wonderful support I receive here. I will try to do some blog visiting myself this week.

Hello Everyone.
Fodder School recently ran a free Fodder Challenge on Instagram, featuring 12 mini classes from the tutors in their up-coming year long class. The year long class is a bit pricey for me, so I love it when they do the freebie 😀
Here is the first installment showing what I created. I only managed 9 of the classes in the time frame, so I picked my favourites.
Day One - Watercolour foliage with Tiffany Sharpe.
Day two - Book cover with gelli-printed collage fodder with added marks, with Barb Smucker.
Day three - Floating quote quartet with Alison Bomber.
Day 5 - Mixed media tokens with Kecia Deveney.
Day 6 - Gelli printed fabric ribbons with Yetunde Rodriguez.
Apologies for the photo heavy post. As you can see, there was quite a variety of amazing projects. Thanks for staying till the end of my post 😀
I'll be back with the rest of the projects tomorrow.

Hi Everyone!
Who didn't love a play date in the garden when they were young? We had a little swing in our garden, and a paddling pool if it was a hot day.
Here's another page for Chris' When We Were Young theme at Art Journal Journey.
I'm also linking my page to Try it on Tuesday's Summer Blooms challenge.
Thanks for visiting me today,

Hi All.
Here are a few cards I made recently, for birthdays.
My daughter asked me to make a couple, one for her boyfriend. I used a PaperArtsy stamp.
And one for his nephew, who will be 3. I painted a watercolour dinosaur for him.
This is the card we gave to daughter's boyfriend. Another PaperArtsy stamp set, and some of my handmade washi tapes.
Our mum's birthday fall on the same day, and I made a couple of very similar cards for them, using some of my gelprints, and an Elusive Image flower stamp. Just before I sent them, I added a tiny orange adhesive gem to the flower centre.
Hello All.
I've been reading a lot over the last couple of days. I signed up to our library online, and found the latest Kate Mosse book, then a couple of Jojo Moyes' books. After the recent stress of Graham's mini stroke, I think I needed a little relaxation time. He seems ok now, thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.
I do have another page to share today, for my Play it again, Sam theme at Art Journal Journey. This one is inspired by Bon Jovi's song Raise Your Hands.
The hand image is a PaperArtsy stamp by Kasia Avery of Everything Art, and I used some other stamps from the set in the background.
Thanks for all your lovely comments, and for visiting me today.

Hi Everyone.
Today I'm sharing my art journal calendar spread for December.
I started with some collage papers, then scraped on some turquoise and white acrylic paint.
I used a PaperArtsy Mini doorway stamp for my daily journaling, stamping straight onto my page first, then stamping onto gessoed book pages also. I cut out the inside of the doorways, and adhered them as shown above.
I used Darkroom Door Alphas and numbers to stamp the title and words, and Hero Arts Alphas to stamp the day numbers. I used a white pen to add highlights to the words, and finished with white ink splashes.
Here's my November calendar, all filled in.
I'm linking my December calendar to Valerie's When one door closes, another door opens theme at Art Journal Journey.
Have a great weekend, and thanks for visiting.

Hello All.
These cards were inspired by some gorgeous Christmas cards made by Claire Snowdon for the PaperArtsy blog. I pretty much copied Claire's process, and made 16 cards like this. Hopefully I have enough Christmas cards now. This brings my total this year to around 70!
I'm linking these cards to Leah's Art Every Day Month challenge Day 25.
I'm also linking up to Try It On Tuesday's Winter Wonderland challenge.
Thanks for visiting me today.
Wishing all my friends across The Pond a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving.

Hello All.
As promised, here are some more Christmas cards I've made.
These ones were inspired by Leandra Franich's post on the PaperArtsy blog. They're very similar to Leandra's cards, but I added some round teabags and watercolour paint splashes to mine.
Thanks for dropping by today.

Hello All.
Here's my art journal calendar for this month. I've kept it quite simple, using some pages from a cookbook as my background, and a page of squares from Tim Holtz's Retro patterned paper pad for my journaling. I used one of my own hand-carved stamps around the edges with Peeled Paint Distress Ink, and Darkroom Door's Alpha stamps for the title. I inked the edges of the squares and the pages with Walnut Stain DI.
Here's my August spread all filled in...
