Day 32 (1st Feb) of CJS was Visual Poetry with Rachel Juanita Bellamy. We used mono-prints, marks and poetry to create an abstract piece.
I added cream paint pen splatters and a sprinkling of Stampendous Frantage Aged Gold embossing enamel to bring it all together.
I'm linking my page to Valerie's Heavy Metal theme over at Art Journal Journey.
Wonderful journal page again, love the colours, the great quotes and the good splatters. Thanks so much for linking to AJJ, much appreciated. Stay safe!

Gorgeous piece Alison. I love the orange with the blue. This looks like a fun lesson. And I get what you're saying about not walking. We still have snowy roads and cold temperatures, no place to walk. Have a great Friday. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteFabulous page Ali. Great layers. Hugs Flo xx
ReplyDeleteVery cool colors, layers, designs, and words. I love the idea of separating the poem like this and also your cool marks. Looks like a fab lesson as your page is very fab. Hugz

ReplyDeleteOhhhhh this is FABULOUS!!!!! I love the colors, you are just awesome.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you used some of your hand carved stamps on this one, too. I was impressed with the gold embossing and the specific colors you chose. I'm also thrilled you shared this with us at Art Journal Journey using Valerie's theme.
ReplyDeleteOh Wow! This really is wonderful! A new favourite for sure! Hugs, Chrisx
