Abstract

Hi Everyone!

I made it to the end of the Artist Trading Stamp Challenge, and also to Leah's Art Every Day Month Challenge.

Today's ATS theme is abstract. I had a stencilled mono-printed background ready, and I just added black outlines and a few white dots, using gel pens. Simple but effective I think.

Lines

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today's Artist Trading Stamp has the theme of Lines. I used a previously made background, added some stamped lines with dots (Frises delirantes by Carabelle Studio), then I wrapped some green sparkly thread around the Stamp. I finished with a little word sticker.

Wood

Morning Everyone!

Here's today's little Artist Trading Stamp. The theme is Wood, and I decided to add some mini wooden pegs to my Stamp. I used a background that was already decorated with paint and stamps, and added additional stamping in red with Carabelle Studio's Ana Bondu's arrows design from the Les Geometriks set, before gluing on my mini pegs. I finished off with some white paint pen splatters.

Waves

Hi Everyone!

Today's artist trading stamp theme is Waves, and I decided to go with sound waves, as I had a great Visible Image stamp from the set Background Noise. I finished with some words and white splatters.

Numbers

Hello All!

I just got back from a very wet walk with my local walking for health group. It was muddy and slippery, but still beautiful in our local woods, and good to get some human contact, since my hubby still works away from home in the week.

I have today's Artist Trading Stamp to share with you, with the theme of Numbers. I used Carabelle Studio's stamp set Textures avec des chiffres. The number 154 in the frame was stamped onto a contrasting painty scrap, cut out, and glued on top.

Transport

Morning All!

Here's my Artist Trading Stamp for day 25/30, with the theme of Transport.

For this ATS I used a Darkroom Door stamp of a bicycle outside of a bar, then hand-stamped the words Enjoy Life on a scrap of old book page. Having a quick half pint before the footie fans arrive to watch the big match ;-)

Circles

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Here's my Artist Trading Stamp (no. 24/30) for today, with Circles as the theme. A nice easy one.

On a pre-made orange background, I created an abstract design with a bit of stamping with Carabelle Studio Stamp Layered Strips and Seaglass Fresco acrylic, some doodled circles, circles cut from a paper scrap, and some black Posca Paint Pen splatters.

I'm sharing my art with Leah's Art Every Day Month Day 24.

Flowers

Hello Folks!

A nice easy theme today, as I'm busy cleaning and hoovering the house, because my daughter is returning from her 4 months of working in Germany. She's only with us briefly, one night, and our son is popping down from Manchester for two nights to see his sister too, but you have to take what you can get! It'll be lovely to see them both, and all of us together too.

So here is my little artist trading stamp for the Flowers theme of day 21, of AT Stamps with Carabelle on Instagram.

On a pre-made mono-printed background, I used Carabelle Studio 'Layered Strips' to stamp some background detail. Then I stamped the small flower from Carabelle Studio 'Bloom' off the edge and on the left of my ATS. I stamped two flowers again onto white card, cut them out, and adhered over the previously stamped flowers, then finished with a couple of red buttons in the centres.

Space!

Hi Everyone!

Today's artist trading stamp theme, for 30 Days of AT Stamps with Carabelle, is Space.

I had my blue background ready, then stamped and silver embossed the circles from Carabelle Studio stamp set Mini Textures. I added the word sticker and black splatters, and thought I was finished, but then Doctor Who came into my head, and I had to create a tiny Tardis as my finishing touch.

Hello Everyone.

Here is today's artist trading card. I stamped the background with Carabelle Studio stamps, then sewed on some buttons and poppers, for the theme of Sewing. I also added some white Posca paint pen splatters.

Food

Hello Everyone.

Searching through my Carabelle Studio stamps for inspiration for today's 30 Days of AT Stamps with Carabelle Instagram Challenge, with the theme being Food, I spotted a sprig of berries in the set "The Earth has music', so I decided to go with bird Food, and found a bird in the set 'Joy'.

I hand wrote the words and added some colours and white marks, and I was done.

Wings and Fur!

Hello Everyone.

It was a busy morning at animal rescue today, lots of bunny hutches to clean out, and all important cuddles to be had. The yard cats are extra friendly in the colder weather, climbing on our shoulders for warmth! I was especially popular, with a bag of fishy cat treats :-) An old photo, but Mr Blue is one of my favourites, and hitched a lift to the warm bunny barn on my shoulders today.

And, here is today's artist trading card, Wings is the theme, and I used Carabelle Studio stamp Desire.

Sea

Hi Everyone!

Here's today's artist trading stamp, with the Sea as its theme. I used some Crafty Individuals stamps for this one, on a gel print background.

The main quote is 'The voice of the sea speaks to the soul', and the tiny words in the background read 'May you always have a shell in your pocket'.

Greenery

Morning Everyone!

It's another cold and bright morning here, and I have today's artist trading stamp to share, the theme of which is Greenery.

I found a piece of master board with greens and turquoise, added a little green stencilling on the bottom edge, stamped the Carabelle Studio Collage stamp, then stamped the word breathe on the right hand side a few times, using black and aqua ink. I stamped the collage again on white card, cut out the sunflower, and glued it in place.

Drink

Hello Folks!

Today's artist trading stamp had the theme of Drink, so I found a pair of fairies having a tea party on a teacup, cut it out, and plonked it on a pre-made background, then stamped the words.

Yesterday, I got quite carried away, and made two more fairy ATS's.

Then I created this card. I couldn't resist stencilling with a bit of Mod Podge glue and adding a few blue micro beads.

And now I'm off to snuggle up in a blanket and watch some TV now. Feeling so cold today, even though I got out for a nice long walk this morning in the sunshine.

Fairies

Hello Everyone!

I made a pair of Artist Trading Stamps today, for Carabelle Studio's theme of Fairies. I have had these fairy images for a long time, and I cut them out and adhered them to some offcuts of master boards, with some Tim Holtz word stickers.

I found a wee duck button for this little fairy to play with, although it's too big to go in her bath!

This fairy is on acetate, so I had to make sure that her face was on a lighter part of my ATstamp.

Texture

Morning All!

Here's today's mini artwork for Carabelle Studio's Artist Trading Stamp Challenge on Instagram. The theme is Texture.

I started by adhering a piece of crumpled teabag paper, then I used DecoArt Texture Sand to stencil with a Carabelle Studio number stencil.

Next I glued and stapled some orange threads, and finished with an appropriate word sticker. I love how this one turned out, and I feel much younger than 35! Sometimes!

Happy Remembrance Sunday Everyone!

Here's today's mini artwork for Carabelle Studio's Artist Trading Stamp challenge on Instagram. And the theme is an easy one...Words.

I used a gel print offcut from an index card, stamped the circles design with aqua Stazon ink, then the Carabelle Studio quote. It fitted in the ATS perfectly.

Love Hearts

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today the Carabelle Studio ATS Instagram Challenge theme is Love/Hearts.

My 4.5x6cm base is cut from a masterboard that I made a while back. I stamped the Carabelle Studio hearts (from Mini Textures) on the base, then again onto red painted paper scrap, cutting out and adhering on top. I stamped the words (from Man & Bird) on another painted scrap, cut those out and adhered to the ATS. I added a little stamping around the edges with another stamp from the Mini Textures set. I finished with some red Posca Paint Pen splatters, and also added colour to some words.
