Gratitude Junk Journal - Day 5

Hi Everyone!

Day 5's Gratitude Junk Journal prompt was Daydreams. I created this self-explanatory spread. Our son lives in Manchester, which has high levels of Covid 19, which makes it very risky for us to visit him, or vice versa, because of my health. We last saw him in February.

I'm linking up to Leah's Art Every Day Month Challenge Day 6.

Thanks so much for visiting,

  1. your post is very suiting for today. Our library and other places, shot down because of Covid today. No family meeting anymore. :(

  2. That is a wonderful wish, dear. I agree. It's so hard to be separated due to a virus that seems out of control. Your journal entry is spot on for these unsettling times.

  4. Oh Alison my heart goes out to you! Your page captures your daydream beautifully, which I hope will come true for you sooner rather than later 😁. 5. I feel how you feel whole heartedly Alison, my Eldest lives probably 10 miles away but I could count on one hand the amount of times i've seen him since March due to my Hubbies health. Lets hope we will all be reunited as one big family soon. Your double page spread speaks more than words, fabulous.. Hugs Tracey xx

  6. I have been lucky enough to see all of my boys twice since February - once when we had a socially distanced picnic and then individually, although eldest was because we had a leak in the bathroom that he came to fix and the youngest used to bring us food during the first lockdown when we couldn't get deliveries. It is so hard, I look forward to the days we can hug!! Stay safe, Chrisx
