Happy Sunday All! I hope you're having a good weekend.
I'm here today with this week's hand-carved stamps for The 100 Day Project.
That's all for now, quite a variety there.
The crow was very tricky, and since the substrate was double-sided, I ended up turning it over and making it a silhouette, as I'd made a few mistakes with my carving. The handy thing with silhouettes is that you can fill in with a black pen if it doesn't stamp properly ;-)
Thanks for visiting me today,
Alison xox
These are all brilliant Alison -love them all

Really cool stamps Alison. You had some great ideas for them. Happy new week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for the 100 days challenge and you will have all these stamps to use. You've got so many ideas. I like the idea of making triplet or twin stamps and you can always just ink the one when you just want one. The crow is superb, nice catch turning it into a silhouette.
ReplyDeleteAt first, I thought Day 30 was my favorite, then as I scrolled down, Day 33 became my favorite. Then I wanted to call Day 34 my favorite, so I guess I'll have to chose between 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (grin)!!! You are AMAZING.
ReplyDeleteFabulous stamps! It looks fun making them and the hearts and numbers are my favs 😁. I smiled at all your signature splatters on your Archival Ink lid too. I hope that you're having a lovely week, Happy Monday! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteGosh Alison you really are loving creating these your fine line cuts are fabulous, like with sketching the more you do it it trains the brain to know exactly how to work the wrist. All fantastic but 30 is a winner for me this week, love how each arch is unique.
ReplyDeleteHad a happy find yesterday of a 6x4 carved block along with some tester pages from 2019 will try and remember to share this week if time is kind. Keep them coming Alison they are fab Hugs Tracey xx
Loving your stamp carving. You certainly do seem to having lots of arty fun! Chrisxx
