Spring Is In The Air...

...is week twelve's theme for RaspberryBlueSky's 52WeeksArtJournal challenge.

I made a page with a gel prints quilted background, added a music paper flower, stamped my hand-carved bee and pebbles, and added some details with coloured paint pens.

I'm also linking this page to Sheila's A Single Flower theme at Art Journal Journey.

Thanks for popping by my blog today,

  2. This is just marvellous, Alison, I wish I had made it.
The patchwork background is beautifully coloured and patterned and the musical flower with the colour dots is so happy and bright and there is also your hand-carved bees and pebbles. There is so much goodness in this one piece.
I am inspired by your art once again.
Thanks very much for this wonderful design and Single Flower for our challenge at AJJ.
