Hello Friends! Here's another page for Erika's challenge on Art Journal Journey.
The background was an undersheet which was too beautiful to throw away, as were the papers that two of the hearts were cut from. I used a charcoal pencil to add shading, a white paint pen to add splatters, and a white gel pen to write a quote found on Pinterest. 'Spend your life with people who make even going to the grocery store an adventure'. I couldn't make out who the quote was by unfortunately.

OK, Alison, that just topped my list of fun, fun art I've seen today. Recycling a page/undersheet and turning it and other pieces into the fabulous hearts made my day. I fell in love with this, as well as the beautiful quote I'd never heard before. It's an all around great entry and reusing something always gets my heart pumping (grin).
