A Play Date In The Garden

 Hi Everyone!

Who didn't love a play date in the garden when they were young? We had a little swing in our garden, and a paddling pool if it was a hot day.

Here's another page for Chris' When We Were Young theme at Art Journal Journey.

I'm also linking my page to Try it on Tuesday's Summer Blooms challenge.

Thanks for visiting me today,

Alison

  5. I immediately recognized the face(s) you carved. They went so well with the childlike bodies. This is a fabulous entry for Chris's theme at Art Journal Journey and a great job of creating that colorful background.

  6. I love their dresses and their cute little faces. I never had a paddling pool but I loved water and would just jump in any that I saw so probably best that we didn't hahaha Elle/EOTC xx

  7. This such a sweet page with some lovely memories Alison. We didn't have a paddling pool but in the days of tin baths by the fire it also meant that we could have the bath filled with cold water to play in! Thanks so much for sharing this for my AJJ theme. Hugs, Chrisx
