Life Book, the Final Few

 Hello All.

Here are my final three pieces for the Life Book Taster course.

Stephanie Lee - The Shape Of Patterns. We glued down collage, sketched the flying bird shapes, then painted around them. In hindsight, some words and splatters would have made this a bit more interesting.

Leaca Young - Creative Intentions. Leaca showed us how she creates little watercolour botanical, then we layered them together with some collage papers, sari ribbon, and words.

Effy Wild - Journal Jam. We started an art journal page with a few prompts, then went with the flow.

I'm linking this page to Tracey's My Favourite Colour is October theme at Art Journal Journey.

Thanks for visiting me today.

  1. Lovely art Alison. I'm still not finished, but I'm getting there! Thanks for linking to AJJ, much appreciated, hugs, Valerie

  2. These all look such fun to do. I am behind with Wanderlust and although I did find the blog link to Lifebook I haven't been able to do any ...yet. Love the last two here so may have to zoom in quickly!!! A fabulous page for Tracey's theme at AJJ. Hugs, Chrisx

  3. Great pages but love the beautiful watercolour botanicals

  4. These are all fabulous but I love the last one.

  5. More fantastic pages Alison. This last page really feels and looks like the art you usually show us. But they are all amazing. Thanks for sharing with us at AJJ for Tracey's challenge. And hope it was a great Thursday.

  6. You've shared amazing pieces inspired by the LB taster Alison, every piece is created with sheer love of creating. I do love the botanical cards but the last one i'm really drawn too.. Fabulous work Alison thanks again for joining me @ AJJ and sharing all things lovely. Hugs Tracey x

  7. I haven't watched any of these yet, so I'm hoping to be able to see them today. These all turned out great and I honestly think I could probably create these, too. I love all of them and I'm thrilled you stayed on top of all these tasters. Thanks for sharing the Effy Wild piece with us for Art Journal Journey using Tracey's theme, too.

  8. Wonderful rich pages. The last one is my favorite, it speaks much without words.
    Happy weekend xx

  9. A fantastic collection of pages Allison, I love the last one you shared with us at AJJ. The taster course looks to have been a real exciting one to participate in.
    Yvonne xx

  10. Trying to play catch up and here I find you have reached the end of your course. Three great pieces, each so different but all good in different ways. Love the use of sari ribbon, love the vibrant orange and black and like the idea of collaged birds.
    Hugs, Neet xx
