Art Journal Page - Joy

Hi Everyone! Here's another 5 minute page, and as it has a lot of painty texture, I'm linking it to Jo's Texture theme at Art Journal Journey.

I used an old credit card to scrape the blue and lime acrylic paint on my page, then used the edge of the card to add the textured lines. I used a cork and red acrylic paint to print the circles, then painted the word 'Joy', and finished with some red and white paint splatters.

Hope you're all having a lovely weekend,

Alison xox

  1. Oh WOW, Alison. This is amazing. I absolutely adore the scrapes (my favorite background and the cork with the red paint. You sure like splatters, and they work great on this entry. It's a great entry and perfect for Jo's theme at Art Journal Journey.
