Hello Lovelies.
Here's my Day 15 page for Rachel Greig's Artful August, with the prompt Food. I went a couple of minutes over the 15 on this page, as I decided to add the words.
So what have I got for Neet's Type theme at Art Journal Journey today? Well, there are a few different types of collage, magazine page, dress pattern instructions, teabag papers, patterned paper, and corrugated card. And there are two types of paint, acrylic and watercolour.
Brilliant page love all the texture and stamps-can't believe you achieve all this is 15mins -I dither too much lol

That orange flower is wonderful. I love how it pops off you background. And nice collection of background elements too. Hope you're week is going well. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteYou didn't mention the teabags in the list of types of paper you have used and being a teabag person myself I noticed them missing. Love how you used them and then added that great orange flower. lovely contrast with the blue at the other side.
ReplyDeleteAnother amazing 15 minute page with lots of types on it.
Hugs, Neet xx
Love this latest entry, Alison. The teabags added to the texture as did the corrugated cardboard. But the flower took center stage as it was being eaten on by the hungry caterpillars. Really cleverly created and beautifully shown for Art Journal Journey using Neet's theme.
ReplyDeleteThis one's more involved than usual and I do like it. Thanks for the close-up, it helped me find the caterpillar lol. xoxo
ReplyDeleteGreat contribution from you Imaginative with the tea bags and the font with the colorfulness.
ReplyDeleteHave a good day, hug Elke
I am crazy over your AJ Alison! I loved the word stamps you used recently. This page is over the top incredible and makes me long to get messy! xx, Autumn
ReplyDeleteLoving you take in the theme! I hope the hungry caterpillar doesn't eat all that pretty flower ...lol 😉. Loving the teabags too! Happy and creative wishes, Jo x
