365 Somethings 2018 - Week 26

Hello folks. Today I'm sharing my weekly teabag art for week 26 of the 365 Somethings challenge. We're already halfway through the year, it's crazy!

Today I've used some collage scraps that were lurking on my desk, stapling them on. Then I sewed on buttons with embroidery thread and added black paint splatters. I also used a sepia pen to circle a word on the book paper that I added to each teabag.

Thanks for dropping by my blog,

hope you have a great week,

Alison xox

  6. I am absolutely in awe of your fantastic teabag ideas and now as I have my pinterest button back, I lost it with installing the new Windows a few month ago, I can pin your ideas to my tea love boards for further inspiration. I would love to have such ready made artsy teabags on hand for collaging.

I think you should make mixed bags of them and try to sell them on etsy, I am sure that they would meet demand.
    HAPPY JULY dear Alison!
    Hugs, Susi

  9. Sorry I'm so late visiting. You KNOW I would never miss your teabags. Each week they are so different and a series of 7 wonderful beauties. I really like the staple idea. Clever, but so are the sewn buttons
