Artmarks Day Five and S is for Sheep

Hello Folks!

I have another Artmarks page to share with you today. The Day 5 word is 'Commit'. Mmm...have to think about what I'm committing to. Doing this challenge every day is a commitment definitely.

I used a cork and white paint to make some sheep bodies on the teabags, then added features with pens. I like to think they have some personality. The sheep at the bottom is thinking 'Does my butt look big in this?!'

I thought I'd also share a picture of my tortoises, Josie and Olive. I did some investigation, and I believe they are both females now.

And lastly, I've finally got around to putting a link to my Etsy shop, Craftytrog's Yarn Art, in my sidebar. At the moment, I just have crochet items listed, but I'm planning to add some arty bits too.

Here's a couple of triangle scarves I recently made, that will be added shortly.

That's all for now.

  1. Your sheep made me laugh. They (and you) are SO clever. I really enjoyed them. Now THESE are the teabags I'm used to. Still loving your teabag art, and loving that you shared this with us today at Art Journal Journey.

You have been very busy. Both tortoises are female? Could there be a male in the offing? After all, it IS nearly Valentine's Day (grin).

You must make art and crochet 23 hours a day. Do you ever sleep? These are lovely.

I have a friend who has one too and it wanders around the house. I don't know much about tortoises so it is cool to see them. happy Friday. Hugs-Erika
