Hello Everyone!
Today I used black gesso for the 31 Products Challenge. Acrylic paint colours look amazing on top of the black, but you have to remember to use opaque paint. I created an ombre effect with PaperArtsy Fresco Acrylics and a Seth Apter stencil, outlining with a white Posca Paint Pen.
Happy Friday,

I've never seen black gesso in my craft stores. You have put yours to good use, and it's a great tip to use opaque paint with it. I certainly would never have known. You are drawing a great deal of attention on the Instagram page. I'm not a member, so I can't vote, but I love seeing it here.
ReplyDeleteThe blue looks really vibrant against the black-and I have had a black gesso day today
