Lifebook Taster Sessions

Hi Everyone!

Today I have a watercolour page to share with you, from Susan Nethercote's Lifebook taster session. The class was called Watercolour Winddown. I enjoyed the freedom of this class, and I'm starting to get my head around watercolour.

A few wiggly lines means I can link this page to Chris' Hold The Line theme at Art Journal Journey.

Thanks for dropping by,

Alison xox

  2. Fabulous wiggly lines. And gorgeous watercolor. I think you got a top grade for this class-even though I know it isn't a graded class. Smile. Thanks for linking up to AJJ Alison. Happy Monday!

  3. I absolutely love this. I was telling Valerie I thought I could actually DO this entry since I am no good at drawing faces. I DO love how she used the salt, too. I've done that with acrylics, but never watercolors. You did a great job and it's perfect for Chris's theme at Art Journal Journey, too.

  5. Wonderful page! The translucency of the colours and application is fabulous, I love how the patterns and colours seem to shine through each other - fabulous 😁. Glad you're having fun with watercolours, enjoy! Hugs, Jo x

  9. Love the pretty blues and the different patterns you created. I so need to do some lessons too. So much to learn with water-colors and your page is super cool.
