Thankful For Their Sacrifice

Hello Everyone!

Tonight, I have my November Art Journal Calendar spread to share with you.

I and my crochet friends have been busy crocheting poppy brooches for the Royal British Legion to sell for Remembrance, and yesterday I was volunteering on their stand outside a local supermarket. I was amazed at everyone's generosity, young and old alike, and although it was a tiring 4 hours, I was happy to help the RBL in my small way.

I'm thankful for the sacrifice of men and women of the armed forces, and I'm therefore linking my pages to Try It On Tuesday's Thankful Challenge.

Thanks for visiting,

Alison xox

  7. Oh Alison, I am SO impressed with this calendar spread. I love your poppies. I haven't seen any here in the states for years. My grandfather always wore one on Veterans/Remembrance Day, and also Memorial Day which you don't celebrate. I am in LOVE with your calendar and the great tribute to the men and women who died for the cause.

  12. There are definitely a number of particulars like that to take into consideration. That may be a nice level to bring up. I provide the thoughts above as normal inspiration however clearly there are questions just like the one you convey up where the most important factor will be working in trustworthy good faith. I don?t know if finest practices have emerged round issues like that, however I'm positive that your job is clearly recognized as a fair game.
