AJJ - We're All Going...For A Ride

Happy Friday Everyone!

Here's another page for Chris' We're All/Going theme at Art Journal Journey, with some more of my Hubby's train tickets.


My arty friend Kim Dellow, who regularly inspires us with her fabulous YouTube videos, has challenged us to use primary colours HERE. I used them in the background for the above page, but I also made another page with them playing a starring role, and I'll share that with you tomorrow.

    This is incredible, Alison. The use of primary colors was perfect for spotlighting the tickets. Bright, bold, and colorful, this journal page is perfect for Chris's theme at Art Journal Journey and a great way to use primary colors.

    Stunning! The painty background is, as Susi says, really expressive - it's really uplifting. I've hundreds of those collection receipt tickets (have to keep the tickets themselves for tax records) - usually they get smothered over with paint, but they're actually pretty cool just like that too (except orange... when do I ever use orange?!).
