Spring Collage

Happy Mid-Week Everyone!

Is it really nearly two weeks since my last post?! Where does the time go?

I made a Spring-inspired collage in my Dina Wakley journal today, on a hessian page, using scraps, and I also tried out a new PaperArtsy stencil PS090 by Sara Naumann.

I used PaperArtsy Fresco acrylic (Slimed, Snowflake & Little Black Dress) to stencil with and add finger marks, and a white Posca paint pen to outline and splatter. The paper scraps were left over from a Dina Wakley class I took a few years ago.

Hopefully I'll be back before Easter! ;-)

Thanks for visiting,

P.S Time seems to pass so quickly, it used to be days but I feel it's weeks that disappear much quicker now also... Enjoy every moment xx

  7. I always find these burlap pages a challenge. Yours came out gorgeous. What I do like it to paint them and let the paint go through to the page underneath as it greats some great texture. (JUst can't let them dry together) Love the little birds on yours and the scalloped edge. Happy Thursday. Hugs-Erika
