Ugly Art Club Challenge

 Hello All.

I'm still making junk journal pages using The Ugly Art Club's 5 minute Challenge prompts, but I haven't been timing my art this week. They are fairly quick pages, but taking more than 5 minutes. I don't like to leave them looking ugly either.

Here are this week's pages...

Day 4 - Blackout

Day 5 - Pink

Day 6 - Fungi

Day 7 - Botanical

Day 8 - Ruffle

Day 9 - Creepy

Day 10 - Stitch. I'm sharing this page with Neet's Fur or Feathers theme at Art Journal Journey. It took me way over the 5 minutes!

Thanks for visiting. I'm hoping to visit a few of your blogs today. I don't know where this last week went!

Hugs,

Alison

  2. These are all really fun journal pages, Alison! Each one inspires me. If I weren’t so gong-ho with sewing, I’d be paper crafting like crazy inspired by your art style. I love viewing your art pages and discovering gads of great details in the pages.

  3. I wouldn't call any of these ugly art; they are too fun. I really like that funny face one. They was a clever thing to do. These are all great play time results though. Hope this month has been going well. Hugs-Erika

  7. Well, I might think the fella is a bit ugly if I met him but apart from that I cannot see anything ugly about your journal pages Alison. I think you are so good to do these quick journal pages. The time would have gone by the time I'd got around to thinking about it. Love the bird one for AJJ and the furry bodied butterfly.
    Hugs, Neet xx

  12. Hi, Alison, I've been away but hopefully back now if I can keep sitting long enough to comment. I have been reading each blog post via email and enjoying your pages and calendars. These are fab, love they are called ugly art -- oh the irony -- and of course the creepy one is my fave. Happy weekend! xoxo

  13. I'm not even sure if you will see this comment because I am SO far behind. I am SO in love with your art. It is collage fodder to the max. The extreme. I am in love, love, love. They are all great but the Creepy was out of this world. I love the one you sewed using the little bird. It is a fabulous entry for Neet's theme at Art Journal Journey.
