Chris Karpiac brought the Wanderlust Live classes to an end with her spectacular Hidden Treasures class. This was another of my favourites with mixed media layers and a fabric flap hiding some private journaling. I added lots of stitches and staples.
Sarah Gardner's 7 layer art journal spread class was another great one. I added with some Steampunk butterfly and dragonfly die cuts so I can link my spread to Neet's In Gear theme at Art Journal Journey.

Lisa Goddard's Fragility in Art class was right up my street! She had us stitching teabags together, adding bits of collage, and hiding a feather beneath the teabag. This was one of my favourite classes. Can you see the feather? There's part of a butterfly napkin hiding in the bottom right of my page too.

In her Wanderlust Live class, Carolyn Dube invited us to forget all the rules of art that we think we should follow. In this YouTube free live class Carolyn asked the 'audience' to suggest what she should use on her page. I followed along with the same steps and created a page I wasn't in love with, but you don't always have to love your art, just enjoy the process.
I added some gear details to the right hand of my spread for Neet's In Gear theme at Art Journal Journey. A generous friend gave me the die cuts that I used.

Hi Everyone.
Today I'm sharing a birthday card that I made for my niece. I got my inspiration from a Tracy Evans video on YouTube. You can watch Tracy HERE.
I basically cased Tracy's card, although I used different inks, stamps and washi tape. Tracy's card was so pretty though, that I wanted to make one just like it.

Expressive Floral Art Journaling with Traci Bautista.
Incorporating Photos on your Art Journal Page with Jane Chipp.
Creating Collographs with Claudette Hasenjager.
I used a base of cardboard, with yarn, fun foam and lace. I used black acrylic paint to print.
Angel Collograph created with yarn. My first attempt.
A quirky woman Collograph created with fun foam, lace, and a tiny piece of yarn for her chin.
I've nearly finished the classes. Just 4 more to go, so hopefully I can do them soon.

I've been catching up with my mini collages for the 365 Somethings challenge. I hope you enjoy seeing them.

You may have noticed some coloured teabags in the first set. I had a lovely session colouring teabags using PaperArtsy Infusions coloured ink powders, and also 3 coloured Bistre powders. The first photo is the Infusions, the second is the backs of those teabags, and the final photo is the Bistre powders. I was very pleased with the results.
I just spritzed the empty teabags, sprinkled on the coloured powders, then spritzed again. No other mediums were needed.
