Hi Everyone!
Here's another Christmas card! This one was inspired by the colours and ribbons on Linda's Week 11 Tag.
I've used Distress Inks and Frantage EP again, with a bit of Stickles glitter glue thrown in. I used a Wendy Vecchi stamp to make my red 'ribbon'. The sentiment stamp is by Crafty Individuals, and the holly is by Tim Holtz.
It doesn't want to get light here today, so the photos aren't that great unfortunately. Hopefully you can see a bit of the sparkle.
The challenge is sponsored by The Funkie Junkie Boutique, with voucher prizes to be won.
Have a fab Wednesday, I'm off for a coffee and catch-up with some friends :-)

ReplyDeleteWow, I bet this is so sparkly up close with those stickles and embossing powder - stunning 😁. The wish for Peace, Hope and Love is so beautiful too 😉. Thanks for your message and it sounds like you had a lovely time with your friends and I hope you enjoyed your lunch too! Sending you Merry Christmas wishes! J 😊
ReplyDeleteLove all those embossed areas Alison, love that focal wording.. Hope you had a great catch up with your friend today!
ReplyDeleteWarm Wishes Tracey xx
Nice.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how far behind I've gotten. I didn't get any updates until just now, and it appears I have missed over a week of your fabulous art. They are each beautiful in their own right, but I want to go back to the tea bag and stars cards. I love those cards, but I've never seen a round tea bag before. No wonder you hoarded them. Again, all your cards are simply incredible, beautiful, and may just get me in the holiday spirit!
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful Alison, I love all the glittering and the beautiful ribbon you created,- the sentiment is so lovely too, just love your card .
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas to you, and a wonderful New Year,- if we do not meet until the new year. My family will soon be here :-) - Hugs, Dorthe
That's really pretty - love the stripes of ribbon and that wonderful texture from the embossing powder in the background.
