Hello Everyone!
I finally found time to create my December calendar page, only a couple of days late, so hopefully I'll remember what I did yesterday!
As it's getting near to Christmas, I added a bit of sparkle with Stickles glitter glue. I also used some iridescent Pebeo paint and metallic silver DecoArt paint for a bit of shimmer. My snowy journaling splats were made with an Artistic Stamper stencil and Snowflake Fresco paint.
I'm celebrating the Christmassy sparkle and entering my pages in Sheila's challenge over at Art Journal Journey.

Once again Alison, you put my monthly calendars to shame. This is fabulous, and I absolutely adore it. It's also a beautiful entry for Sheila's choice at Art Journal Journey. Thanks for sharing it with us today at AJJ.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wintry spread, Alison, great idea with the snow splats. Have a nice weekend, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteLove all the turquoise and the sparkle and snow balls.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea to make an easy calendar to fill in and then we can remember what we did last week.
fabulous page, love the colour and the sparkle.
ReplyDeleteI love how you didn't go all linear and square. The little spots for writing look like snowballs. Nice calendar layout. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThis is so clever made and I love the colour and textures and the sparkle and little ornaments! Perfect for our collection of Let's Celebrate and you remind me again that I have decided to run an art journal calendar next year for the first time - but I fear I will not notice what I have done every day . We will see.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining us at AJJ and your visits on my blog!
Happy Sunday and a good start into the next week ahead!
