Rae Missigman's Artmarks 30 Day Summer Challenge 2017 - Day 29

Hello Everyone!

Here's my Day 29 Art Marks page. The theme was Stitched. I cheated and drew faux stitches, but did layer my collaged circles onto black thread. I used Dina Wakley Lime and Turquoise paint, and red Bombay India Ink.

I also wrote some affirmation quotes around the edges of my page, so I'm linking up to Art Journal Journey's Poetry in Motion challenge again.

Have an artful weekend,

  3. Wonderful page Alison! The affirmation quotes are lovely especially "Live each day with grace and authenticity" 😀. I like the way you created the patchwork with the stitches and the black thread looks like the petals of the flowers - beautiful! I think you already know what I think about the colours ... lol 😉 ...perfection! Thanks for another inspiring page for Art Journal Journey and I hope you are having a lovely weekend! J 😊
