Hello All.
I have a junk journal page to share for Aimeslee's Flower theme at Art Journal Journey.
It's a singing flower! I used a make up sponge dipped in black acrylic paint to create the petals and leaves. There are some pieces of teabag paper if you can spot them, and numbers that were stencilled on tissue paper. The background page was a mono-print.
I only sing loudly when I'm on my own, usually listening to music in the car 😂 I haven't got much of a singing voice!

Great idea with the flower! :-) Same as you, only my myself... Back then as I happily gave away the company car and work from home now!

Such a beautiful flower page and I love that it's a singing flower too 😊. I haven't got much of a singing voice but you'll find me in my craft room signing along to songs as my hubby plays them on his guitar ... Lol! Take care and I hope your feeling better. Hugs, Jo x

ReplyDeleteI just spotted you and your singing flower as I visited AJJ a few minutes ago. That is a lovely flower and I am glad it made you sing whilst painting. I have been watching some You Tube and there are a few ideas for sponges, cling film etc painting. of flowers. Bet I forget where they are when I want to try them.
