February Journal Recipe Day 3

Hello Everyone.

Here are today's prompts for mine and Shilpa's February Journal Recipe Instagram challenge.

Colour - Blue

Shape - Use any shape that you see in your environment.

Scribble randomly on your page.

Use words cut from a book or magazine.

You must use at least 3 prompts if you want to join in.

And here's my page -

I've got an 'X' shaped Xyron sticker maker on my desk, so that's my shape.

I'm linking my mixed media style page to Elizabeth's What's your Style theme at Art Journal Journey.

Thanks for visiting,

Alison

  2. Those colors work so well together, and I like the X's. You added great texture with the little fabric scraps too, which don't show up with a quick look. Or at least my quick look. Smile. Have a great start to your weekend Alison. And thanks for sharing with us at AJJ for Elizabeth's challenge. Hugs-Erika

  3. I like this latest prompt, Alison. I also like that you used a bit of fabric on the page, too. Of course, your splatters really set you apart. They ARE your style and so is this page. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us at Art Journal Journey using Bleubeard’s and my theme.
