Abstract

Hi Everyone!

I made it to the end of the Artist Trading Stamp Challenge, and also to Leah's Art Every Day Month Challenge.

Today's ATS theme is abstract. I had a stencilled mono-printed background ready, and I just added black outlines and a few white dots, using gel pens. Simple but effective I think.

Lines

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today's Artist Trading Stamp has the theme of Lines. I used a previously made background, added some stamped lines with dots (Frises delirantes by Carabelle Studio), then I wrapped some green sparkly thread around the Stamp. I finished with a little word sticker.

Wood

Morning Everyone!

Here's today's little Artist Trading Stamp. The theme is Wood, and I decided to add some mini wooden pegs to my Stamp. I used a background that was already decorated with paint and stamps, and added additional stamping in red with Carabelle Studio's Ana Bondu's arrows design from the Les Geometriks set, before gluing on my mini pegs. I finished off with some white paint pen splatters.

Waves

Hi Everyone!

Today's artist trading stamp theme is Waves, and I decided to go with sound waves, as I had a great Visible Image stamp from the set Background Noise. I finished with some words and white splatters.

Numbers

Hello All!

I just got back from a very wet walk with my local walking for health group. It was muddy and slippery, but still beautiful in our local woods, and good to get some human contact, since my hubby still works away from home in the week.

I have today's Artist Trading Stamp to share with you, with the theme of Numbers. I used Carabelle Studio's stamp set Textures avec des chiffres. The number 154 in the frame was stamped onto a contrasting painty scrap, cut out, and glued on top.

Transport

Morning All!

Here's my Artist Trading Stamp for day 25/30, with the theme of Transport.

For this ATS I used a Darkroom Door stamp of a bicycle outside of a bar, then hand-stamped the words Enjoy Life on a scrap of old book page. Having a quick half pint before the footie fans arrive to watch the big match ;-)

Food

Hello Everyone.

Searching through my Carabelle Studio stamps for inspiration for today's 30 Days of AT Stamps with Carabelle Instagram Challenge, with the theme being Food, I spotted a sprig of berries in the set "The Earth has music', so I decided to go with bird Food, and found a bird in the set 'Joy'.

I hand wrote the words and added some colours and white marks, and I was done.

Wings and Fur!

Hello Everyone.

It was a busy morning at animal rescue today, lots of bunny hutches to clean out, and all important cuddles to be had. The yard cats are extra friendly in the colder weather, climbing on our shoulders for warmth! I was especially popular, with a bag of fishy cat treats :-) An old photo, but Mr Blue is one of my favourites, and hitched a lift to the warm bunny barn on my shoulders today.

And, here is today's artist trading card, Wings is the theme, and I used Carabelle Studio stamp Desire.

Greenery

Morning Everyone!

It's another cold and bright morning here, and I have today's artist trading stamp to share, the theme of which is Greenery.

I found a piece of master board with greens and turquoise, added a little green stencilling on the bottom edge, stamped the Carabelle Studio Collage stamp, then stamped the word breathe on the right hand side a few times, using black and aqua ink. I stamped the collage again on white card, cut out the sunflower, and glued it in place.

Texture

Morning All!

Here's today's mini artwork for Carabelle Studio's Artist Trading Stamp Challenge on Instagram. The theme is Texture.

I started by adhering a piece of crumpled teabag paper, then I used DecoArt Texture Sand to stencil with a Carabelle Studio number stencil.

Next I glued and stapled some orange threads, and finished with an appropriate word sticker. I love how this one turned out, and I feel much younger than 35! Sometimes!

AT Stamps With Carabelle Studio

Evening All!

I found a new Instagram challenge for November...Happy face! This one is from Carabelle Studio Stamps, and the challenge is to create artist trading stamps (postage), 4.5x6cm, using any rubber stamps, but theirs preferably.

Day One - Animals. Hopefully a tortoise will qualify. Incredibly hard to photograph this small artwork on a dull day, so please forgive the fuzziness.

Day Two - Characters.

I'm hoping this challenge will help me to link to Art Every Day Month all through November.
